Privacy Policy

This website, createthrivela.com, is the portfolio of Lina (CreateThriveLA), a UGC creator based in California, USA. This page explains what information is collected when you visit it and how it is used.

Information we collect

The site has no accounts or comment features. You can contact us through the contact form or by email at create@livinelay.com. Either way, we receive your name and email address and whatever you include (for example your brand, budget and message), and use it only to reply and discuss a possible collaboration. We don't sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Contact form

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which receives your submission, filters spam and forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms handles your data under its own privacy policy. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting collaboration; you can ask us to delete your message at any time.

TikTok and Instagram

The portfolio shows cover images of videos hosted on TikTok and Instagram. Nothing is loaded from these platforms until you click a video. When you do, the video plays in the platform's own player, and TikTok or Instagram (Meta) may collect information such as your IP address, device details and viewing activity, and may set cookies, under their own policies:

The site also links to our Instagram and TikTok profiles. Following those links takes you to the platforms, where their own policies apply.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed, which links, buttons and videos are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, how long visits last and where visitors come from. PostHog also records mouse movements and scrolling to create heatmaps, measures page performance (such as loading speed), and may record sessions: a replay of how a visit unfolds on the page (scrolling, clicks, mouse movements and technical details such as page errors), so we can see how the site is used and fix problems. Text typed into form fields, such as the contact form, is masked in these recordings.

PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so that repeat visits can be recognised, and collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and approximate location. This data is processed by PostHog on servers in the United States. We use it to improve the site; we do not sell it or use it to identify you.

We may add other analytics or measurement tools in the future, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. If we do, they will work in a similar way and we will update this policy.

Search and site verification

We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in Google search results, for example which searches lead to it and how often it is clicked. This information comes from Google Search and is aggregated; Search Console does not add any tracking code to this site. We also verified the site with Pinterest using a verification tag, which does not collect information about visitors.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Apart from PostHog, our analytics tool, which sets a cookie as described above, the site does not set cookies. TikTok or Instagram may also set cookies when you play a video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the portfolio still works without them, although videos may not play.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, and the site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can use the opt-out options above or your browser settings to limit tracking.

Children

This site is intended for brands and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes, for example when adding or removing tools. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
